Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
- Sale or final sale items
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
