1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
3. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times within Saudi Arabia:
- Major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2–4 business days
- Other cities and regions: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.
